Treasurer’s Report
TOCA Treasurer’s AGM Report 10/10/2026
Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are enjoying the concourse weekend so far – my apologies for our non attendance this year, work takes precedence this weekend. Firstly, I wanted to thank my fellow national committee members for their efforts throughout the year, there have been a number of improvements made in the way the club handles it’s memberships thanks to Peter Banach for designing and implementing the member dashboard which starts with onboarding new members through to collating all members information and allows for example the ability to email members by their state and the printing of address labels which streamlines manually writing these.
Committee members use their own computers for club work, this can cause issues if they break down or don’t have good internet security – the national committee decided this year to purchase a laptop plus a Microsoft 360 security package for the treasurer to use and keep club records safe and accessible.
I have given this to Peter to hand over to the new treasurer, I will be in touch in the coming week to ensure a smooth handover of club business.
Regards
John D
